We are local realtors with our own boutique real estate agency, Stevens & Company. While we have been realtors for quite a while, more than 20 years, Stevens & Company has been in business even longer, since 1938. We are happy to be continuing the family business. Our office is located on the ground floor of our building which houses the Train Suite and the Mountain Suite.
We have four vacation rental properties in the Crozet area - High Street Cottage, the Train Suite, the Mountain Suite and Carter Street. We have several other rental properties in Crozet.
We live just outside of Crozet in the Sugar Hollow area of Albemarle County. We live on the Moormans River and love it! Hiking, biking, fishing and more are just outside our front door. We have converted our garage apartment into our fifth nightly rental, Sugar Hollow Outpost.
We have four mostly grown children, two dogs and two cats.
