Conveniently located on Carter Street, just behind the Crozet Post Office, this ranch features a freshly painted interior, vinyl plank floors throughout, three bedrooms with queen beds and two full baths. Located on a half-acre lot just steps away from Downtown Crozet and a quick walk from Crozet Park, the ranch is the perfect location to stay in Crozet. Once you settle in, step outside for a stroll down to Crozet Park or over to the Crozet Library. Stop in at Fardowners for a meal, a beverage and some local music. Maybe you’d prefer a pizza or calzone from Crozet Pizza. Or visit Piedmont Place with shops, restaurants, and more - Smoked Kitchen & Tap, Crozet Creamery, Crozeli and The Bottle Shop. All are within walking distance to the ranch. For breakfast, you can’t beat the Mudhouse where the coffee is roasted locally and the goodies are baked right there in the kitchen or Whistlestop Grill. For brunch, both Fardowners and Restoration are great options.
Looking for something to do? Chiles Peach Orchard and Farm Market is open May through Thanksgiving and makes terrific cider donuts and peach ice cream. Pick your own peaches, apples, strawberries and pumpkins. King Family Vineyard, White Hall Vineyard, Stinson Vineyards, Grace Estate Winery, Pollak Vineyards and other wineries on the Monticello Wine Trail are great places to spend an afternoon. Starr Hill Brewery, part of the Brew Ridge Trail, is located right in Crozet.
Feel like a hike? Mint Springs Park, Sugar Hollow, Humpback Rock are all close by. Charlottesville, the University of Virginia, Monticello, Ashlawn-Highland and Wintergreen are conveniently located minutes from Crozet. - CANCELLATIONS: 100% refund for cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit entire reservation. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
- MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests is limited to xi (6) persons for the Cottage.
- CLEANING: Linens and bath towels are provided.
- PERSONAL PROPERTY: The Owner is not responsible for any loss or damage to Guest’s personal property to include vehicles and property left in vehicles. Items left in the premises will be returned where possible at Guest’s expense.
The Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
