* What is covered by the cleaning fee?
The cleaning fee encompasses preparing the property for the next guest's arrival after your departure. This includes thorough cleaning, providing fresh linens and towels, sanitizing all showers and bathrooms, supplying initial cleaning and paper products, as well as disposing of trash.
* What is not covered by the cleaning fee?
The cleaning fee does not include daily maid service or interim cleaning (unless pre-arranged for an additional fee).
* Where do I get firewood for the fire pit?
Firewood is available for purchase at Crozet Hardware and Crozet Market.
* What about wildlife?
High Street Cottage often has deer, squirrels and rabbits in the backyard.
* What about insects and/or mice?
There can be insects, particularly ants. Mice happen too.
* What about Uber/Lyft?
It is difficult to get a ride in or from Crozet with Uber/Lyft. However, rides returning from Charlottesville are common. Check out our transportation links.
* What about cell service?
Sugar Hollow Outpost does not have cell service. Once in the property, you can connect to the WiFi and use WiFi calling. All of our other properties have good cell service.

- CHECK-IN: 3:00 p.m.
- CHECK-OUT: 11:00 a.m.
- NO SMOKING
- NO PETS without prior approval
- PAYMENT: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- CANCELLATIONS: 100% refund for cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit entire reservation. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
- MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Train Suite, Mountain Suite, Sugar Hollow Outpost - 2, High Street Cottage - 4, Carter Street - 6.
- NO DAILY MAID SERVICE: While linens and bath towels are provided, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
- PERSONAL PROPERTY: The Owner is not responsible for any loss or damage to Guest’s personal property to include vehicles and property left in vehicles. Items left in the premises will be returned where possible at Guest’s expense.
The Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
