CANCELLATIONS: 100% refund for cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit entire reservation. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) for the Cottage.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE: While linens and bath towels are provided, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
PERSONAL PROPERTY: The Owner is not responsible for any loss or damage to Guest’s personal property to include vehicles and property left in vehicles. Items left in the premises will be returned where possible at Guest’s expense.
The Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
