Our detached garage apartment is located in Sugar Hollow with access to the Moormans River, Grubbs Branch, private hiking trails and hiking on the North and South Fork of the Moormans, both trails lead to the Shendandoah National Park.  The apartment comfortably fits two with two queen-size beds, sitting area, kitchenette and full bath.  Designed for full-time guests.  No pets.  We do not accept instant booking on this property as we often use it for family members.  Please send us an inquiry and we will respond promptly.

  • CHECK-IN:  3:00 p.m.
  • CHECK-OUT:  11:00 a.m.

  • PAYMENT:   Booking via our website.
  • CANCELLATIONS:  100% refund for cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit entire reservation.  Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
  • MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:  The maximum number of guests is limited to two (2) persons.
  • NO DAILY MAID SERVICE:  While linens and bath towels are provided, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
  • PERSONAL PROPERTY:  The Owner is not responsible for any loss or damage to Guest’s personal property to include vehicles and property left in vehicles.  Items left in the premises will be returned where possible at Guest’s expense.

​The Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
